Colm Phelan Carpentry and Building Contractors are a high-quality team of Waterford-based carpenters and builders founded in 2005 by Colm Phelan. Although we are a relatively new Company we have gained over 12 years experience, to ensure high levels of Customer Service and Workmanship.
Since our founding in 2005, our company has gone from strength to strength. Typified in the landing of large contracts for clients such as John Kelly Motors and Waterford Institute of Technology. Our contractors specialise in both domestic and commercial project servicing the local Waterford Area and sectors across Ireland.
All our staff are up to date with the latest practices in construction safety and are CIRI certified.
